Monday to Friday 5:30 am - 10pm (6:30-20:00 staffed)
Saturday & Sunday 7am - 7pm (9am-2pm staffed)
Please note site is not always staffed, you will need to book an appointment by contacting us or filling out the form below to view the gym.
There is plenty of parking available onsite for visitors and gym members
