Dynamix Fitness Referral Scheme Terms & Conditions
These Referral Scheme Terms and Conditions apply to any new or ongoing referral reward, joining discount, day pass referral offer, or similar referral promotion operated by Dynamix Fitness LTD.
By participating in the referral scheme, members agree to the following terms.
1. Eligibility
1.1 The referral scheme is available to all active Dynamix Fitness members whose membership account is in good standing and has no overdue or outstanding payments. Individuals who only utilise day passes are excluded from the referral scheme.
1.2 A qualifying referral must result in a new member taking out their own separate, standard-price paid membership with Dynamix Fitness. The new member cannot be an individual who lives at the same residential address as the referring member, as alternative membership benefits may be available in these circumstances.
1.3 Referral rewards are only available where the referred member joins on a non-discounted standard membership rate and successfully completes the qualifying membership and payment requirements set out within these terms.
1.4 Memberships already benefiting from a discounted rate, corporate rate, partner rate, staff rate, promotional rate, negotiated rate or any other reduced membership price are not eligible for referral rewards or referral discounts.
1.5 A member joining through a corporate membership arrangement or corporate discount scheme cannot also receive a referral discount, and the referring member will not receive a referral reward in respect of that membership.
1.6 The referred person must identify the referring member during the joining process or before their membership is fully activated. This may be completed during onboarding, in person or through digital confirmation.
1.7 Referral rewards cannot normally be added retrospectively after the referred member has completed the joining process unless Dynamix Fitness agrees otherwise at its discretion.
2. When a Referral Qualifies
2.1 A referral does not qualify simply because a new member has created an account, made an initial joining payment, purchased a day pass, or paid a pro-rata membership amount.
2.2 To qualify, the referred member must remain an active member until their first full monthly Direct Debit payment becomes due and is successfully collected.
2.3 Any initial pro-rata payment, partial-month payment, joining payment, joining fee, day pass payment or other introductory payment will not count as the qualifying payment.
2.4 A referral will only become eligible for referral benefits once the referred member's first full monthly Direct Debit payment has been successfully collected.
2.5 Once the referral has qualified, any applicable referral discounts will be applied to the next eligible monthly Direct Debit payment of the referring member and, where applicable, the referred member.
2.6 If the referred member cancels, terminates their membership, fails to make the qualifying payment, or otherwise leaves Dynamix Fitness before their first full monthly Direct Debit payment is successfully collected, no referral reward or referral discount will apply to either member.
2.7 If the referred member changes onto a discounted, corporate or otherwise reduced membership rate before their qualifying Direct Debit payment is collected, the referral will cease to qualify and no referral benefit will apply to either account.
3. How the Referral Reward Is Applied
3.1 Referral rewards are provided as a discount against the referring member's next eligible monthly Direct Debit payment after the referral has qualified.
3.2 Referral rewards are not stored as account credit or a cash balance and cannot be rolled over or transferred between member accounts.
3.3 Once a referral has qualified, the applicable referral discount will automatically be deducted from the referring member's next eligible full monthly Direct Debit payment.
3.4 The referral discount cannot be:
exchanged for cash;
withdrawn;
transferred to another member;
applied to a pro-rata payment;
applied retrospectively to a payment already collected; or
used against any payment other than an eligible future monthly Direct Debit payment.
3.5 If the referring member does not have a future eligible monthly Direct Debit payment because they have cancelled, terminated or otherwise ended their membership, the referral reward will not be payable and no cash payment or alternative credit will be provided.
4. Referred Member Discount
4.1 Where advertised as part of a referral promotion, the referred new member may also receive a referral discount.
4.2 The referred member's referral discount will only become available after their first full monthly Direct Debit payment has been successfully collected.
4.3 Once qualified, the referred member's discount will be applied against their next eligible full monthly Direct Debit payment, unless the specific referral promotion expressly states otherwise.
4.4 The referred member's discount cannot be applied against:
a pro-rata membership payment;
a partial-month payment;
a joining fee;
a day pass;
an introductory payment; or
any payment made before the referral has met the qualifying requirements.
4.5 The referred member must remain an active member until their first full monthly Direct Debit payment has been successfully collected.
4.6 If the referred member leaves, cancels or terminates their membership before that payment is successfully collected, their referral discount will be forfeited and the referring member will also receive no referral reward.
4.7 Referral discounts are not available where the referred member is already receiving a corporate, promotional, discounted, negotiated or otherwise reduced membership rate.
5. Day Pass Referrals
5.1 Purchasing or using a Dynamix Fitness day pass does not qualify as a successful referral.
5.2 Where a day-pass user subsequently joins Dynamix Fitness as a full paying member, they may qualify under the referral scheme provided that all eligibility and qualifying requirements contained within these terms and conditions are satisfied.
5.3 Any referral-related offer made specifically in connection with a day pass may be subject to additional promotional terms communicated at the time of the offer.
6. General Conditions
6.1 Multiple Referrals
A member may make multiple qualifying referrals. Each referral must independently satisfy all eligibility and qualifying requirements contained within these terms and conditions.
6.2 Referral Discounts and Multiple Rewards
Where a member earns more than one referral reward, Dynamix Fitness may apply the rewards against future eligible monthly Direct Debit payments in accordance with the applicable promotion. Referral rewards will not create a cash balance and will not be paid out in cash.
6.3 No Self-Referrals or Artificial Referrals
Members must not attempt to refer themselves, create duplicate accounts, use false or misleading information, or otherwise manipulate the referral scheme in order to obtain a referral reward or discount.
6.4 Abuse or Misuse of the Scheme
Dynamix Fitness reserves the right to refuse, cancel or withdraw any referral reward or discount where it reasonably believes that the referral scheme has been abused, manipulated, used fraudulently, or used in a manner inconsistent with the purpose of the promotion.
6.5 Account Status
Referral rewards will only be applied where the relevant member's account remains active and in good standing at the time the reward is due to be applied. Any overdue or outstanding membership payments may result in the referral reward being withheld until the account has been brought up to date.
6.6 Administrative Errors
Where a referral reward or discount has been applied incorrectly because of an administrative, system or processing error, Dynamix Fitness reserves the right to correct the error and make any reasonable adjustment to the affected membership account.
6.7 Changes to the Referral Scheme
Dynamix Fitness may amend, suspend, replace or withdraw the referral scheme, or any individual referral promotion, at any time. Any changes will not normally affect a referral that has already fully qualified before the date of the change, unless required to correct an error, prevent abuse or comply with applicable law.
6.8 Promotional Terms
Specific referral promotions may include additional conditions, reward amounts, qualifying periods, expiry dates or other restrictions. Where additional promotional terms are published, they will apply alongside these Referral Scheme Terms and Conditions.
6.9 No Guaranteed Entitlement Before Qualification
Participation in the referral scheme does not create an entitlement to any reward or discount until all applicable qualifying requirements have been completed and the referral has been confirmed as eligible by Dynamix Fitness.
6.10 Final Administration of Referral Rewards
Dynamix Fitness will determine whether a referral has satisfied the published eligibility and qualifying requirements based on its membership and payment records. This does not affect any statutory rights available to members under applicable law.
